Finally got an expandable chinup bar that doesn't need any screws. My rings are now hanging in my doorway and they are awesome.
Ring L-sits are hard.

Aye, I got back just before christmas. Been a little busy since then and only just got the internet at home. It was excellent, different to what I expected but definitly a lot of fun. I would recommend it to all. If I have time I'll try to sit down and write up a decent post.
